How do I find inner peace and happiness?

This is a big question! And to be honest, I would be lying if I told you I had the answer. However, I do have a yoga flow and some food for thought which can help you out with this.

Do you ever feel like you have trouble letting go of something and going with the flow? I know I’ve certainly had moments in my life where I’ve had trouble with this!

Once we become attached to something; may it be a person, a goal, an article of clothing that’s just over budget.. Whatever it is, it’s hard to let go when things don’t work out the way you saw it in your head. This is exactly why it’s so important to let go of unhealthy attachments and open yourself up to the many other options around you. 

Inner peace develops as you learn to let go of what you cannot control and go with the flow. So, going into today’s yoga flow, I want you to release your attachments into your yoga mat and simply focus on the movements in your body and the rhythm of your breath. I know it might sound cliche, but an abundance of happiness flows into you life when you trust that what is meant to be will be.
