Happy people just don’t shoot their husbands…they just don’t.”? Well this is kind of the concept behind my yoga workout for positive thinking. And, in that I mean a quick workout is proven to boost your mood, productivity, confidence, health and happiness! In this video I focus on healthy bodies creating healthy minds, thus developing more positivity in your life. It is only 10 minutes but will leave you sweating and feeling great!
A shift in thought patterns can do wonders for your mental and physical health. So when you feel overwhelmed or stuck in a rut, do something fun and active to get out of your head!
